Check out our Group Fitness Classes to really boost up your routine. Sweat New York has really gone above and beyond in incorporating the aerobics and personal training benefits into one diverse schedule for all ages! Classes are held in both the morning and evenings to accommodate our hectic lifestyles. Our loft space is serene environment in which you can relax and meditate while enjoying a hot yoga or Pilate’s class. The basketball court kicks it up a notch when shaking your groove thing to one of our several scheduled Zumba activities. If your more interested in cycling check out our newest addition “Real Ryders”. These cycling classes will pump up your heart rate while toning all over like you’ve never experienced before. Our instructors are friendly to both advanced and beginners making you feel right at home!
